A typical process of implementation of our solutions includes the following phases:
Analysis – business workshops that include as-is processes review and fit-gap analysis. Next step is design of to-be processes and list of enhancements to our standard products. The deliverable of this phase is Small Business Blueprint (SBB).
Realization – system implementation of assumptions resulting from the SBB, including software installation, programming and configuration work, internal and acceptance tests (UATs), solution documentation and Go-Live.
Post Go-Live support – end users support at the initial stage of production solution operation (2-3 months after Go-Live) and finetuning of product customization.
